Japanese Curry!

(YES, even though he has one last exam paper tomorrow)
He finds cooking therapeutic and nothing beats having a proper homecooked family meal.
Ingredients (Suitable for 5)

5x Fresh Chicken Thighs
2x Onion (diced)
2x Large Potatoes (diced)
1x Pack of Green Peas
1x Golden Curry Mix
Methods
Steam diced potatoes for 10 mins while bringing a pot (2.5x cups) of water to boil.
Why steam the potatoes before hand..?
Personally, this is to speed up the cooking process as more often than not, the potatoes take the longest time to be cooked if added directly into the curry without steaming it prior.

Add diced onions and chicken thighs into a pot of boiling water over low heat.
Let it boil for 10 mins



Add in Curry Mix, diced potatoes and green peas, stirring occasionally to ensure the currymix dissolves completely.
Boil for another 5 minutes and bring it to simmer.

End Product!
